Born in Yamagata Prefecture, Japan. After working in the Broadcasting Industry, I studied ceramics and began creating ceramic art and installations.

2025

Completed the ‘Uchikomi’ molding training course at the Kyoto Municipal Institute of Industrial Technology and Culture. ‘Uchikomi’ is a technique for applying patterns to vessels using plaster molds.

2024

Completed the ceramic glaze training course at Kyoto Municipal Institute of Industrial Technology and Culture.

2023

Graduated from Kyoto University of The Arts, BA in Ceramic Arts.

2017

Started to make ceramic arts at studio knot, a pottery class hosted by ceramic artist Kaori Uchida.

2011

Graduated from Doshisha University, BA in Media, Journalism and Communications.
